ERIC's Objective

The objective of ERIC is to provide users, officials, and the public with information regarding the cost and operation of NHS facilities. This information ensures that the estates are run effectively and efficiently, and allows users, from NHS Regulators to Department of Health officials, transparent access to NHS data.

How to disclose with ERIC?

This review occurs on an annual basis and the data are provided on NHS Digital’s Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) system. Data collection begins in the spring for the previous financial year.

Before submission, the Chief Executive of the Trust, or a Trust Board Director, must approve the return.
