Participants create and submit digital artwork — illustrations, posters, photography, or graphics — based on a sustainability theme such as “My Low-Carbon Life”, “A Greener Future” or “Protect Our Planet”. All submissions are uploaded through an online form or shared via a dedicated email, Teams or Slack channel. A small judging panel selects winners, and the best entries are showcased on social media, the intranet, or during a hybrid awards ceremony.
