How it runs

Participants rotate between themed discussion tables with prompt questions, while facilitators capture key insights and recurring themes.

Planning & hosting

Set up small tables with prompt questions such as what does good governance look like in our team, rotate groups every 15 to 20 minutes, and harvest key insights on a central flipchart for leadership follow-up.

Outcome

Stronger understanding of governance topics and practical ideas to improve organisational culture and accountability.
